Valley Academy has actively pursued making advanced technology and increased access to learning opportunities available to our students and staff. We are happy to announce that we now can offer INTERNET Services through the Arizona State Department of Education. Though it seems almost futuristic, Internet is apart of the information superhighway you may have heard about through the media. We believe this computer technology will help propel our school into the information age by allowing students and staff to access and use information sources from distant computers, communicate and share information with individuals or groups of other students and staff, and significantly expand their knowledge base. Internet is a tool for life- long learning and opens the door to many advanced educational experiences.

This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secret. Use for commercial activities is generally not acceptable. Use for product advertisement or political lobbying is also prohibited.
2) Privileges - The use of the Internet is a privilege, not a right, and inappropriate use will result in a cancellation of those privileges. (Each student who receives an account will be part of a discussion with a Valley Academy faculty member pertaining to the proper use of the network.) The system administrators will deem what is inappropriate use and their decision is final. Also, the system administrators may close an account at any time as required.
