· Make sure Individual Reporter's outlines are completed

· Type up the slide show

· Finalize group outline

Assignment Manager

· Work with the Individual Reporters on their outline

· By the end of class, make sure all Individual Reporter outlines are completed

· Make sure Individual Reporters fill out their daily sheet

· Assign grades for each person at the end of the day

Visual Aide Coordinator

· Start working with Individual Reporters regarding their visual aide by browsing Internet sites for possible clip art to add to your presentation.

· Help the leader do the slide show

· Help people in the computer lab

 

Test Administrator

· Get the Individual Reporters started on their tests questions

· By the end of the class, have a question from each person

 

Individual Presenter

· Finalize outline

· Write test question

· Begin your visual aide - discuss this with the Visual Aide Coordinator
