We believe the Internet offers unique resources to both students and

teachers. The Internet is a privilege and can enhance learning through

exposure to communication, real time data, collaborative projects. The

Internet is similar to books, magazines, videos, CD-ROMs, and other

information sources. Students can travel to all parts of the world without

leaving their classrooms. Our purpose in using the Internet is to support

research and education in and among academic institutions.

 

Internet Access

 

 

Students and Teachers will be trained prior Internet use.

Email access will be only under the teacher supervision.

Students will be monitored during Internet use.

Do not reveal your name, personal address or phone numbers of students or colleagues.

Students will promptly disclose to your teacher or other school employee any message or site that is inappropriate or makes you feel uncomfortable.

Use appropriate language.

Use the Internet for appropriate educational uses only.

Abide by all copyright regulations.

Student artwork, written work, and projects may be published on the Internet.

First names only, no student photographs, or personal information will be used.

Student/Teacher collaboration will be used to determine work posted.
