Internet site resources are located and described on each character page that are part of the Task description.
Students will need a computer laboratory with Power Point installed on all the computers. They will need a basic instructional on how the program works. If you wish to start simple, show them how the clip art may be used in their presentations.
If you wish to increase the challenge, students will need Internet skills where they can search and recover images to put in their presentations. Goolge.com has an image search capability which will facilitate this added element.
Students will also have to use Adobe Photoshop to resize their pictures for their power point presentations. They must then store these images in the clip art category called Favorites.
Students can present their individual power point presentations to their group at the same computer station where they created it. For the class wide, presentations from the group, you will need a computer screen projector in the classroom or the computer lab.
